Please include your name, account details and a short description of your concern.
Investwizz will acknowledge your complaint promptly and review it carefully.
If we can resolve your complaint within 3 working days, we will confirm this to you.
If we need more time, we will keep you updated and provide a final response within 8 weeks.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if 8 weeks pass without resolution, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
You must do this within 6 months of our final response.
