Investwizz Limited (“Investwizz”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16173343). Our registered office is at C/O Investwizz Ltd, Room 347, The Engine Room, 18 The Power Station, London, England, SW11 8BZ.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use our application, website, or services.

Waitlist data: If you join the Investwizz waitlist, we collect your email address, your communication preferences, and basic attribution data such as the page you joined from.

Account data: Your name, email address, and any profile information you provide during registration.

Financial data: Account balances, transaction data, and portfolio information accessed through FCA-regulated Open Banking connections. We access this data in read-only mode and do not store your banking credentials.

Usage data: How you interact with the app, pages visited, features used, and session duration. This is used to improve the product and is not sold to third parties.

Device data: Device type, operating system, app version, and anonymised identifiers for crash reporting and diagnostic purposes.

We use your personal data to: provide and improve the Investwizz service; verify your identity in accordance with FCA requirements; send service notifications (not marketing, unless you opt in); comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and investigate and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform.

If you join the waitlist before launch, we use your email address to send launch-related updates, early-access communications, and operational messages about the waitlist itself.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your financial data to generate advertising profiles or share it with marketing partners.

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases as defined in UK GDPR:

• Contract performance: processing necessary to deliver the Investwizz service you have signed up to.
• Legal obligation: compliance with FCA regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering legislation, and other applicable UK law.
• Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
• Consent: where we send marketing communications, we will ask for explicit consent first.

We may share your data with: regulated financial infrastructure providers; identity verification partners; HMRC or other regulatory bodies where legally required; and our cloud infrastructure provider (Vercel, EU-based data centres).

We retain your account data for the duration of your active relationship with Investwizz and for up to 6 years following closure, in accordance with FCA record-keeping requirements.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; and data portability.
