These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Investwizz application, website, and related services (“the Service”) provided by Investwizz Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
To use Investwizz you must: be at least 18 years of age; be a UK resident; have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement; and not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law.
Investwizz is a portfolio visibility, management, and financial education platform.
Investwizz does not provide financial advice. Nothing in the app or Learn content is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold an investment. All investment decisions are entirely yours.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at help@investwizz.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
By connecting a financial account, you authorise Investwizz to access read-only transaction and balance data via Open Banking infrastructure. You may revoke any connection at any time within the app.
Current fees are displayed within the app and on the pricing page. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any fee changes.
You agree not to: attempt to access systems or data beyond your authorised account; use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose; interfere with the technical operation of the Service; or use automated tools to scrape or extract data.
All content, software, and design within the Service is owned by Investwizz Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time via account settings. We may suspend or close your account with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint, contact us at help@investwizz.co.uk. For most complaints, the firm has up to eight weeks to look into the issue and send you a final response. You normally complain to the firm first before escalating an eligible complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent body that resolves disputes between consumers and financial businesses. It is free for consumers to use. If you are still unhappy after the firm's final response, you usually have six months from the date on that letter to ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to look at your complaint. Investwizz Limited is an Appointed Representative of WealthKernel Limited (FCA Firm Reference Number 723719), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
